Axos Business Center in Metro Manila is seeking a Jr. Analyst to execute data pulls, maintain dashboards, and perform QA for the Marketing Data & Analytics team.

This is an execution-focused role where you will deliver clean, trustworthy data on a reliable cadence. You will work with GA4, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and other tools, report weekly and monthly metrics, document data definitions, and escalate issues to keep stakeholders informed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing or analytics.
• 1–2 years of relevant data/analytics experience.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets with pivot tables and lookups.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and refresh dashboards on a defined schedule.
• Pull and validate campaign performance data for weekly/monthly reporting.
• Perform QA on data feeds and flag discrepancies before they reach senior analysts.
• Support ad hoc data requests from the marketing team.
• Document data definitions, report logic, and known issues for team continuity.
• Escalate anomalies or blockers proactively rather than waiting to be asked.
