Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking a Marketing Data Manager to steward marketing data across the CRM and marketing automation ecosystem. You will audit and enrich contact data, drive data quality, and align data with demand generation and campaign attribution efforts.

You will work with marketing operations, field and demand marketing, and sales support to ensure accurate, active contacts across IT, Procurement, and C‑suite personas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in data management, marketing operations, or related business environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM or a comparable CRM system is required.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (Eloqua or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage contact data quality and audits across CRMs.
• Append missing firmographics and website data to enable contact sourcing.
• Collaborate with Sales Support to ensure data is accessible as needed.
• Source contacts from data providers for accounts identified by the Demand Strategy team.
• Create and disposition D365 campaigns via Eloqua for attribution and measurement.
