Job summary

nXscale is seeking an Assistant Marketing Data Analyst in Manila to support data operations, quality assurance, and analytics for marketing campaigns. You will manage data ingestion, ensure data accuracy, and build dashboards that translate complex datasets into actionable insights for stakeholders.

The role requires a strong foundation in data analytics, Excel and Sheets expertise, and the ability to balance routine reporting with ad‑hoc requests in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Marketing Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, data cleaning, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable learning and utilizing AI‑powered productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automated data ingestion to ensure accurate tracking of marketing and campaign activities.
• Conduct daily and weekly quality assurance checks to validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Clean, organize, and manipulate large marketing datasets using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Maintain data integrity across reporting systems and marketing databases.
• Perform regression analyses using Bayesian modeling and DiD to evaluate campaign performance.
• Build and evaluate counterfactual models to estimate performance without interventions.
• Support design, execution, and analysis of A/B tests and multivariate experiments.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics such as spend, impressions, CPMs, and delivery pacing.
• Build, update, and maintain dashboards using SQL, Google BigQuery, and Looker Studio.
• Translate complex datasets into clear dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders.
