Job summary

Odyssey World Philippines, Inc. is seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our growing Marketing Team in Metro Manila. The role focuses on client follow-ups, preparing proposals and documents, and coordinating with malls and establishments nationwide.

You will monitor applications and projects, speed up approvals, and serve as a link between the Marketing Team and Operations, Projects, Admin, Accounting, and external partners. Office-based with some field visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in telemarketing, customer service, sales coordination, or client handling is a strong advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if willing to learn and grow.
• Background in malls, retail, leasing, or coordination work is an advantage.
• Must be confident in speaking with clients and establishments.

JOB OVERVIEW

The Marketing Coordinator plays a very important support role for the Marketing Team by handling:

• client follow-ups
• proposals and documents
• coordination with malls and establishments
• monitoring of applications and projects

This role helps speed up approvals, contract processing, installations, and business expansion nationwide.

The position also serves as a link between the Marketing Team and other departments such as Operations, Projects, Admin, Accounting, and external business partners.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Follow-Ups

• Call or message malls, establishments, and clients for follow-ups
• Help follow up pending proposals and applications
• Maintain good communication with landlords and business partners
• Assist the Marketing Team in closing and processing deals

Documents & Coordination

• Prepare letters, proposals, and simple marketing documents
• Help process requirements and monitor approvals
• Coordinate with Operations, Projects, and Admin Teams
• Keep marketing files and records organized

Marketing Support

• Assist Field Marketing Executives in their daily tasks
• Help coordinate installations and project schedules
• Update the team regarding client concerns and feedback
• Support urgent marketing and coordination requirements when needed

Field Support

• Visit malls or establishments when necessary
• Assist during meetings, submissions, and project openings
• Help represent Rest N Go professionally during field activities

QUALIFICATIONS

WORK SCHEDULE

Five (5) working days per week (Mon to Fri only)
NO WORK during Weekends and Holidays
Office-based, with occasional site visits if required
