VICS CONSTRUCTION & SONS CO. is seeking a Marketing Executive in the Metro Manila area to plan and implement campaigns that raise brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales growth.

The role covers market research, social media management across TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, and creation of engaging content using Canva and other design tools. Strong communication and project management skills are essential to meet deadlines and drive results.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media management, or a related role.
• Knowledge of TikTok, TikTok Shop, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital marketing platforms.
• Proficient in Canva and knowledgeable in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma or similar design tools.
• Strong communication, creativity, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Results-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales growth.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and business opportunities.
• Manage the company's social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Create engaging marketing content, graphics, videos, and promotional materials using Canva or other graphic design tools.
• Support TikTok Live sessions and online promotions to drive customer engagement and sales.
• Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance and prepare reports for management.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop promotional activities and pricing strategies.
