Job summary

The Outlet People (TOP), Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing activities across all brands in the portfolio. This role covers content production, campaign rollouts, store requests, influencer seeding, and basic administrative support to ensure brand consistency.

The position provides hands-on exposure to multi-brand campaigns, store activations, and vendor coordination, with opportunities to develop organized processes and track performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns from planning through execution across all brands.
• Track content calendars and ensure on-time posting across social platforms.
• Support photo/video shoot logistics including product pull-outs, scheduling, and organizing assets.
• Assists in events from preparation to post-event reports.
• Assist in managing influencer seeding programs, including compiling contact lists, sending packages, tracking deliverables, and monitoring posting commitments.
• Collect, organize, and summarize influencer content and basic campaign performance outcomes.
• Handle store marketing requests such as in-store collaterals, promotions, and activation materials.
• Coordinate delivery, distribution, and inventory of POP materials and campaign assets.
• Assist with store opening preparations and on-ground marketing events.
• Assist in implementing VM guidelines across all stores.
• Prepare purchase requests, quotations, and simple marketing expense trackers.
• Maintain databases for content assets, suppliers, influencers, and campaign documents.
• Assist in supplier coordination and follow-ups (printing, production, packaging, etc.).
• Organize meeting notes, schedules, and internal marketing updates.
