Responsabilidades

• Write engaging and creative copy for social media, campaigns, advertisements, captions, websites, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Develop content concepts and campaign ideas aligned with brand objectives, target audiences, and marketing goals.
• Conduct market, audience, competitor, and trend research to support campaign strategies and content development.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Manage multiple client accounts, campaigns, and projects simultaneously while keeping deliverables organized and on schedule.
• Create and maintain project timelines, task assignments, content calendars, deadlines, and campaign trackers.
• Coordinate closely with creative, marketing, events, account management, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Follow up on deliverables, monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and help keep teams aligned with agreed timelines.
• Prepare clear creative briefs, project requirements, and campaign instructions for internal teams.
• Monitor social media trends, platform updates, audience behavior, and engagement opportunities.
• Support content scheduling, community management, campaign monitoring, and performance reporting.
• Review campaign materials and deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with approved strategies and brand guidelines.
• Contribute fresh, relevant, and innovative ideas during brainstorming and campaign planning sessions.

• Comfortable creating timelines, tracking tasks, following up on deliverables, and coordinating across teams
• Familiar with major social media platforms, digital marketing practices, and current content trends
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with different departments
• Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
• Experience with content planning, project management tools, Meta Ads, analytics platforms, or other digital marketing tools is an advantage
• Fresh graduates with strong writing, creative thinking, organizational, and project coordination skills are welcome to apply
