Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Management, Real Estate Management, or related field.
• Experience or internship in real estate marketing, project sales, or digital marketing is an advantage — fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools (social media ads, analytics) and MS Office; basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva) are a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a creative and results-driven mindset.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
