• Ensure timely responses and proper routing of enquiries to relevant teams
• Accurately encode and maintain lead information in CRM
• Support community engagement across social media platforms for diverse brands
• Assist in documentation and campaign coordination
• Support budget monitoring, expense tracking, and liquidation processes
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities
