Job Description

Assist in planning, organizing and conducting product knowledge trainings for store staff, promodisers and other retail partners.

Ensure training materials are updated, accurate and aligned with current marketing campaigns and product releases.

Assist in the planning and execution of in-store events, product launches, and marketing activations.

Conduct store visits to monitor visual merchandising, product analysis, and promotional compliance.

Manage communication with store teams, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.

Responsibilities also include documentation and reporting on store visit findings, offering recommendations, and supplying related photos for management review.

Support the Marketing Head in preparing and maintaining monthly activity summaries and reports, budget monitoring, and internal coordination.

Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Marketing Head.

Basic Relationship
