• OPEN FOR FRESH GRADUATES
• Knowledge in Sales Planning/Forecasting, Trade Promotions, Billings, and Planograms is preferred
• Proficient in using MS Excel
• Willing to work on a HYBRID SETUP
• Willing to work on a NIGHT SHIFT SCHEDULE
• CAN START ASAP

Job Description:

• Support the execution of TPM, Customer Planning, and Customer Forms requests, including customer planning activities and sales team requests related to customer forms, PlanEx, and end‑to‑end processing.
• Assist in handling requests and issues raised by the Sales Team by following defined processes and guidelines, completing standard tasks, and escalating more complex items to senior team members when needed.
• Help meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets by completing assigned tasks on time and accurately, and support basic tracking or reporting of requests for Sales Planning Support.
