• Ensure brand messaging and conversion remain consistent across all platforms.
• Assist in managing social media pages, posting content, and responding to customer inquiries.
• Track engagement metrics and report on social media performance.

2. Market Research & Data Collection

• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Gather and analyze data to help optimize marketing strategies.
• Support customer engagement efforts by maintaining CRM databases.
• Coordinate with the sales encoder team to ensure lead nurturing and conversion tracking.
