• Handles the Company's Facebook Account to help develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients by promoting company products and services to achieve the Company's sale objectives.
• Improves customer satisfaction through high level of responsiveness, anticipating needs, answering queries and addressing complaints.
• Process customer orders efficiently.
• Provides timely and data-backed inputs or reports to supervisor.
• Provides assistance to the Marketing Team on other projects as instructed by superior, from time to time.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
