Job summary

TripleTen is seeking a detail-oriented Brand/Marketing Blog Coordinator to refresh and optimize published articles using Claude and our AI-first stack. You’ll work with SEO/GEO Growth Engineer to update 10–20 articles monthly, tightening structure, updating facts, and publishing finished text with correct formatting, links, images, and copy.

You’ll handle small page edits, coordinate required assets (quotes, briefs, photos), chase invoices, and maintain logs in Jira.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Claude or similar AI tools in real work.
• Junior project-management ability to manage multiple small tasks and close them without escalation.
• Careful eye to catch wrong numbers, dead links, or changed headings.
• B2+ English to spot AI patterns in copy and ensure natural phrasing.
• Familiarity with GitHub, Claude Code, WordPress, Jira, Figma and Notion.

Responsibilities

• Blog refresh: update 10–20 published articles monthly with Claude, update facts, tighten structure, publish and check formatting, links, images, and copy.
• Small page edits: make minor changes on live pages (date, price, link) with guidance from Claude agents.
• Coordination: gather required assets and quotes, cover briefs, fresh instructor photo; obtain invoices and upload to billing system.
• Maintain change log and keep Jira board up to date.
• Identify repeatable tasks and cadence to initiate automations and keep them running.

About the role

Our brand and marketing team ships a lot with few people across several zones, and the small work has outgrown us: pages to update, articles to republish, tickets going stale, finished work nobody can find. This role picks that up and puts a system under it. The biggest recurring piece is the blog. Search engines were happy to leave a good article alone for a year; AI assistants are not, so everything we publish gets refreshed regularly. You’ll report to our Brand Director and work closely with a strong team of brand, organic and social media marketers, designers, and copywriter.

Requirements

• Hands-on work with Claude or similar: You've used one on real work, and you know where it gets things wrong.
• Junior project-management skill: You carry a batch of small tasks at once and close them without being chased. You'd rather build a system than keep remembering.
• A careful eye: You catch a wrong number, a dead link, a changed heading.
• B2+ English: Strong enough to spot AI patterns in published copy and hear when a sentence stops sounding natural.
• Comfortable in a repo and a tracker: we use GitHub + Claude Code, WordPress, Jira, Figma, Notion. If you’re not familiar with them, be prepared to pick up quickly.

Nice to have

• Basic marketing understanding: enough context to see why a page, an article, or a funnel exists, how they get found, and question links with no UTMs.
• Experience keeping a team's tickets, files, or documentation in order.

What you will do

• Blog refresh: Work closely with our SEO/GEO Growth Engineer to update roughly 10-20 published articles a month with Claude. Update facts, tighten structure, put finished text live and check if its formatting, links, images, and copy landed well.
• Small page edits: Minor changes on live pages—a date, a price, a link. Our Claude agents know where the components live, but they need you to tell what to change.
• Coordination: Chase the pieces an article needs before it ships: a student quote, a cover brief, a fresh instructor photo; ping a vendor for a lost invoice, get it and upload into our internal billing system.
• The records: Keep the change log and team’s Jira board current.
• The system: help us identify repeatable tasks and their cadence to initiate automations and then keep them running.
