Job summary

TDCX Philippines is hiring for Merchandising and Marketing Support roles to join our dynamic team in Manila. You will coordinate product loading across the web platform, maintain content, verify specs, resize imagery, and support marketing materials and events.

The ideal candidate has at least a senior high school diploma, basic digital marketing knowledge, good English communication, and will work 100% onsite on a dayshift serving ANZ regions. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Senior High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (web, email, social).
• Good written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate loading and maintenance of new products across the web platform.
• Create and maintain product content, including descriptions and specs.
• Research/verify product specifications using supplier sources.
• Resize/optimise product imagery to brand standards.
• Assist with creation/maintenance of product blocks and recommendations.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers for information.
