Qualifications

• Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant, Marketing Coordinator or similar marketing support role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with marketing tools and software.
• Experience with social media platforms and basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality in all work deliverables.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying solutions.
• Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with graphic design software or content management systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the planning, coordination and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Supporting the creation and organisation of marketing materials, including social media content, emails and promotional collateral.
• Conducting market research and gathering data to support marketing strategies and decision-making.
• Maintaining and updating marketing databases and customer information systems.
• Coordinating with external vendors and suppliers for marketing materials and services.
• Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Assisting with event planning and coordination for promotional activities and brand launches.
• Supporting the development of marketing presentations and reports for stakeholders.
• Managing administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence and document organisation.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure consistency in brand messaging and communication.
