Wordtext Systems, Inc in Cebu City, Philippines is seeking a Marketing Specialist to design and manage integrated marketing campaigns that support demand generation, brand awareness, and partner engagement. The role covers campaign strategy, content development, execution, and performance monitoring to drive measurable business results.

You will collaborate with Product, Sales, Vendors and partners, develop multi-channel campaigns, and optimize performance based on metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in brand marketing, marketing communications, campaign management, digital marketing, or integrated marketing.
Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Experience managing vendor, principal, partner, or channel marketing programs is preferred.
Experience in IT/Tech industry is a plus.
Experience supporting events, lead generation, demand generation, and brand awareness initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business, sales, and brand objectives.
Deliver high-quality campaigns and assets to drive engagement, awareness, and lead generation.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Product Teams, Sales Teams, Principal, Vendors, Resellers & Event partners) to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Measure campaign effectiveness and continuously optimizing marketing performance.
