Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support planning, development, and execution of multi-channel campaigns. You will help create materials, manage social media, and conduct market research to inform strategies.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, strong English and Filipino communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver timely marketing

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Filipino.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with social media management and basic understanding of digital marketing channels.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking and ability to contribute fresh ideas to marketing initiatives.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work deliverables.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and take direction effectively.
• Knowledge of the retail, FMCG or vending industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain marketing databases and ensure accurate record keeping of campaigns and customer information.
• Assist in email marketing campaigns and promotional communications.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing department as required.
