The Marketing and Advertising Associate is responsible for executing marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and profitable sales. This role combines creativity with analytical discipline, focusing on ad campaign management, data analysis, market research, and performance optimization.

The Associate will manage and optimise digital ad campaigns—especially on Facebook Ads Manager and other digital platforms—ensuring that all campaigns are profitable, sustainable, and compliant with advertising policies. They will develop creatives, copy, and strategies that effectively communicate the brand’s value while maintaining strict integrity in reporting and execution.

This role requires close collaboration with Sales, Product Development, Finance, and Logistics Departments to ensure every marketing effort aligns with the company’s growth and revenue objectives.
