Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, or related field.
• Fresh graduate — OJT or project-based experience accepted and valued.
• Proficient in Canva or equivalent design tools; basic video editing; Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
• Clear written communication in English and Filipino; channel-based professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage social media content for Primedeals Properties across Facebook and other platforms
• Design and produce promotional materials — property listings, event announcements, and promotional materials — using Canva or equivalent tools
• Edit and produce short-form video content for property listings and company updates
• Schedule and publish social media posts according to the weekly content calendar
• Monitor social media engagement and compile weekly performance summaries
• Coordinate with agents and management on listing content, pricing updates, and campaign materials
• Support event marketing for seminars, property launches, and developer events — including materials preparation and documentation
• Research competitor listings and market trends and compile findings in structured channel reports
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence through the designated communication channel
• Maintain and organise office files, records, and documentation in digital format
• Manage and process government forms and requirements
