Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in Metro Manila is seeking a Market Research and Analytics professional to support strategic business decisions. A background in statistics or mathematics and at least 3 years of market research, BI, or marketing analytics is required; strong data interpretation and presentation skills are essential.

You will conduct market research, analyze trends and competitor activities, identify growth opportunities, and develop data-driven insights to inform business development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in market research, business intelligence, marketing analytics, or business development.
• Experience in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, diagnostic imaging, theranostics, nuclear medicine, radiopharmaceutical, or life sciences industry is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, research, and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret market data and industry trends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, Tableau, SPSS, SQL, or similar analytics tools is an advantage.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple research projects independently.
• Willing to work onsite in Greenhills, San Juan City.
