MicroSourcing in Quezon City is seeking a Market Intelligence Analyst to support strategic growth by researching industry trends, competitors, and market shifts, and by preparing reports and dashboards. You will collect and clean data, monitor pricing and product strategies, and collaborate with the team on ad‑hoc data tasks.

Qualifications

• 1 year or less experience in market research, data analysis or BI support.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics or Economics.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data trends.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup at the Eastwood site and Day Shift.

Responsibilities

Job Description

As a Market Intelligence Analyst, you will help drive strategic growth by conducting research on industry trends, competitor activities and market shifts; collecting and cleaning data; developing insightful reports and dashboards; monitoring competitor pricing, product offerings and marketing strategies; and supporting the wider team with ad‑hoc research projects and data tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities and market shifts to identify new opportunities.
• Collect and clean data from various sources to ensure accuracy for stakeholder reporting.
• Develop insightful reports and dashboards that translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
• Monitor competitor pricing, product offerings and marketing strategies to maintain our competitive edge.
• Support the wider team with ad‑hoc research projects and administrative data tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in market research, data analysis, business intelligence or a similar analytical support role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data patterns and trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup at our Eastwood site and commit to a Day Shift schedule.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience in competitive benchmarking or consumer behavior analysis.
