Qualifications

Responsibilities

Process corporate action events for Singapore and international markets accurately and within established timelines.
Ensure smooth daily operations by meeting Service Level Indicators (SLAs) with accuracy and timeliness.
Respond promptly to queries from internal business units and external stakeholders.
Comply with documented procedures, operational controls, and regulatory requirements.
Support ad hoc projects, process improvements, and other assigned initiatives.
