Job summary

OneOcean is seeking a Technical Services Engineer to manage software deployments, AIS installations, and technical support across global customers. You will join a 24x7 operations framework and coordinate with global teams to ensure successful deployments and service restoration.

The role emphasizes customer-focused support, documentation, and continuous improvement. The candidate should have 2–5 years in vessel IT or technical support, with experience in remote tools like TeamViewer or AnyDesk,

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in vessel IT or technical support roles.
Experience with remote support using TeamViewer/AnyDesk.
Knowledge of AIS solutions onboard vessels is advantageous.
Excellent English communication and customer-focused mindset.
Willingness to work 24x7 shifts when required.

Responsibilities

Organise, coordinate, and execute software deployments and AIS installations.
Provide world-class technical support via phone, email and ticketing systems.
Document troubleshooting steps and ensure service levels are met.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful fulfilment of customer requirements.
Maintain accurate deployment/fulfilment records and knowledge articles.
