Job summary

Surbana Consultants Pte Ltd – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) branch is seeking a QA/QC Inspector for Pasig City to support maritime civil and coastal infrastructure projects. You will conduct site inspections, verify materials, implement ITP, oversee welding and NDT, manage coatings, and maintain QA documentation while ensuring compliance with international standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Marine Eng or related field.
• Minimum 5 years QA/QC inspection, with at least 3 in port expansion or coastal projects.
• Strong knowledge of BS 6349, AWS D1.1, ASTM and ACI standards.
• Active welding inspection and/or marine coatings inspection cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Site inspection & testing of maritime civil and structural works.
• Material verification against specifications and MTCs.
• Implement and monitor ITP, witness/hold/review points.
• Welding & NDT oversight for maritime structures.
• Coatings and corrosion control inspection; verify DFT.
• Produce daily logs, witness reports, NCRs and QA records.
• Assist internal and external QA audits & calibration of field equipment.
