Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or finance.
• Knowledge of payroll, accounts payable, and financial audit processes.
• Familiarity with import/export documentation and financial transactions is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit cash advances, payroll, overtime, and employee allowances.
• Verify attendance records, payslips, and payroll accuracy for both land-based and sea-based employees.
• Audit import and export transactions, including shipping, customs, agency, and port-related expenses.
• Review petty cash replenishments, emergency funds, and supplier payments for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor utility and service expenses and maintain payment tracking records.
• Audit documentation related to expatriate employees, including food allowances, medical renewals, and expense liquidations.
• Ensure timely processing and verification of vessel-related financial transactions.
• Reconcile financial records, validate supporting documents, and prepare reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and audit procedures.
