Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Trade Support, Middle Office, Investment Operations, Fund Accounting, or similar functions.
• Strong understanding of investment operations, trade lifecycle, settlements, and cash management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Amenable to a hybrid work arrangement and fixed night shift based on business needs.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day operational support across trade matching, settlements, post‑settlement activities, and cash management processes.
• Investigate and resolve trade and cash‑related queries raised by Portfolio Managers, Traders, Brokers, Custodians, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and proactively manage operational, settlement, and reputational risks while ensuring adherence to established controls and procedures.
• Support process improvements, automation initiatives, and root cause analysis to drive operational efficiency and service excellence.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with onshore and offshore partners, while supporting cross‑skilling and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Trade Support, Middle Office, Investment Operations, Fund Accounting, or related financial services functions.
• Strong understanding of investment operations, securities instruments, trade lifecycle processes, settlements, and cash management.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Amenable to a hybrid work arrangement and fixed night shift schedule based on business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within global financial institutions, asset management firms, shared services, or investment operations environments.
• Knowledge of Bloomberg and other market data or pricing platforms.
• Experience with CTM, ALERT, APEX, SCD, Custodian Portals, or similar investment operations platforms.
• Working knowledge of reconciliation, settlements, pricing, data management, transactions, and transfer processes.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across multiple regions.
