Job summary

DREAM PRECISION TECH CORPORATION is seeking a proactive sales professional in Batangas to identify new customers, develop opportunities, and grow the business. You will manage existing accounts, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with engineering and production to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with a focus on meeting sales targets and delivering accurate quotations and proposals to diverse manufacturing clients.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, RFQs, specifications, and purchase requirements.
• Understand customer drawings, specifications, materials, quantities, and production requirements, with support from the engineering team when necessary.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Purchasing, and other departments to prepare accurate quotations and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and submit sales quotations, proposals, and related documents.
• Follow up on quotations, samples, prototypes, and purchase orders.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and other commercial requirements within company guidelines.
• Monitor customer orders and coordinate internally to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate production or delivery updates to customers.
• Handle customer concerns and coordinate corrective actions with the appropriate departments.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, and business meetings when required.
• Research market trends, competitors, and potential customers in the manufacturing industry.
• Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, quotations, sales activities, and order status.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business development objectives.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market/customer feedback to management.
• Perform other sales and customer-related duties assigned by management.
