Job summary

MinebeaMitsumi Philippines is seeking Quality Engineers to optimize manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and enhance product quality and safety. You will analyze data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include conducting failure analyses, implementing corrective and preventive actions, monitoring production data, and leading cross-functional teams to reduce waste and improve process capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth failure analysis to identify root causes of product issues.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resources.
• Utilize analytical techniques and tools for defect investigation.
• Collaborate with quality control to meet quality standards.
• Analyze production data and process capability to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support quality assurance initiatives to meet industry standards and regulations.
• Lead cross-functional teams in continuous improvement initiatives.
