Job summary

HappyBee Packaging Inc. is seeking a Production Process Improvement specialist to analyze and optimize manufacturing operations in Meycauayan. You will lead time studies and process analysis to boost productivity, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.

The role requires developing SOPs, coordinating with quality, maintenance, and engineering teams, and supporting planning and resource allocation to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Ability to develop SOPs and work instructions.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve production and operational processes.
• Develop and implement methods to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Conduct time studies, work measurement, and process analysis.
• Identify bottlenecks, waste, and opportunities for cost reduction.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions.
• Monitor production performance, capacity, and manpower utilization.
• Assist in production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Analyze data and prepare reports on productivity, quality, and operational performance.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, or other continuous-improvement practices.
• Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, engineering, and management teams.
• Assist in facility layout, equipment planning, and workflow design.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
• Support continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
