Qualifications

• Experience leading productivity, cost optimization, or continuous improvement programs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within timeline commitments.

Responsibilities

• Lead QVE and COS initiatives at the BU level.
• Consolidate performance data and track progress against productivity targets.
• Facilitate product workshops and competitor teardowns to spark innovation.
• Manage the Master Project List for the respective BU.
• Drive cost-down projections with actionable plans and governance.
• Monitor plant-level productivity actions and ensure BU alignment.
• Collaborate with BU and R&D teams to build governance frameworks.
• Benchmark across plants and animate improvement plans with timelines.
