Sprout Solutions in Pasig City is seeking an Industrial/Process Engineer to optimize manufacturing workflows and improve quality and efficiency. You will design layouts, analyze processes, and lead teams to implement cost-saving improvements.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering, 2+ years of relevant experience, strong communication, and proficiency with ERP, AutoCAD, Minitab, and simulation tools. Work is on-site in Maybunga, Monday through Saturday.
