Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste
• Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and capacity planning
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies
• Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions
• Create and Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate performance reports
• Assist in cost reduction initiatives and resource optimization
• Support business process automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (or related field)
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in related field
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement tools
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and ERP systems is an advantage
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
