Job summary

Texas Instruments Incorporated in the Philippines seeks an energetic Manufacturing Process Engineer with a passion for process improvements. The role supports manufacturing operations and drives improved procedures, yields, and quality in a high-volume 300mm wafer fab context.

You will develop and implement enhanced methods, participate in data analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, cost-conscious production improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in one of the listed fields.
• Strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control and process release strategies.
• Experience in supporting manufacturing operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations
• Develop and implement improved methods of manufacturing, procedures, and processes that improve efficiencies, yields, machine operations, and quality
• Implement project or improvement plans for efficiency, cost reduction or quality improvement
• Perform lot and equipment dispositions to support continuous production flow in high-volume manufacturing
• Identify systematic problems in process or equipment and communicate findings to engineering staff
• Support ramp with equipment/startup and process experiments (SWRs)
• Participate in data analysis and problem resolution
