Qualifications

• Experience with SPC and process release strategies required.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations to ensure smooth production flow.
• Develop/improve methods, procedures, and processes for efficiency and quality gains.
• Implement improvement plans for cost reduction or quality programs.
• Dispositions for lot/equipment to minimize cycle time in a high-volume fab.
• Identify systematic problems and communicate findings to engineering staff.
• Support ramp with startup of equipment/processes and SWRs.
• Participate in data analysis and problem resolution.
