Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production operations.
• Working knowledge of yield, productivity, and OTD metrics.
• Familiarity with QMS and operational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop operators and line leads.
• Monitor line performance and drive production targets.
• Ensure compliance with QMS and standard operating procedures.
