Job summary

Red Ribbon Bakeshop, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Jollibee Foods Corporation, is hiring a Manufacturing Inventory Assistant to support site operations in inventory record accuracy and document compliance in Cagayan de Oro.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Commerce or Industrial Engineering, 2–3 years in commissary, pharmaceutical, logistics or manufacturing, and preferred SAP experience; candidates must be onsite in Cagayan De Oro.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Commerce or Industrial Engineering.
• 2-3 years of experience in a Commissary, Pharmaceutical, Logistics or Manufacturing setting.
• Experience in inventory control in a food manufacturing industry or similar.
• Preferably SAP experience and data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control principles and practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Willing to work in Cagayan De Oro (Full Onsite).

Responsibilities

• Ensures integrity and accuracy of the 1.1 inventory management system.
• Provides reports to ensure key inventory areas are controlled and discrepancies resolved.
• Initiates corrective actions and coordinates with suppliers and support groups to achieve objectives.
• Manages multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates strong communication, problem-solving, and proactive collaboration to support team operations and continuous improvement.

Job Description:

The Manufacturing Inventory Assistant is responsible for providing support to site operations in inventory record accuracy monitoring and document compliance to avoid unnecessary delays in operation and incurrence of unnecessary costs.

• Ensures integrity and accuracy of the 1.1 inventory management system.


• Provides reports to ensure key critical areas of the inventory system are controlled and any discrepancies addressed and resolved.


• Initiates corrective actions and directly coordinate with suppliers and other support groups (Warehouse, Distribution, Marketing, Operations and Purchasing) to ensure that objectives are realized.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.


• Demonstrates strong communication, problem-solving, and proactive collaboration skills to support effective team operations and continuous improvement.


• Able to work both independently and within a team, contributing to resolving operational issues and maintaining accurate inventory processes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• A graduate of Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Commerce or Industrial Engineering.


• With at least 2-3 years of experience in a Commissary, Pharmaceutical, Logistics and Manufacturing companies.


• Must have experience in inventory control in a food manufacturing industry or similar industries.


• Preferably with SAP experience and data analysis skills


• Knowledge of inventory control principles and practices.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.


• Must be willing to work in Cagayan De Oro (Full Onsite)
