Job summary

Miconly Consulting Services in Laguna, Philippines is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis within a manufacturing environment.

You will provide insights to improve profitability, optimize costs, and support strategic decisions by partnering with Operations, Engineering, Sales and other teams. The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–6 years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• CPA or CMA certification is an advantage.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and financial modelling.
• Good knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills; ERP experience.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management abilities; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting.
• Monitor variances and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare dashboards, KPIs, and financial reports.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses (ROI, EBITDA).
• Improve budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Sales, HR, and Administration.
