Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering within the automotive industry.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Advanced English is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Manufacturing Engineers and Process Engineers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support new product launches including PFMEA and Control Plans.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Production, and Central Engineering teams.
