Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking a Production Supervisor for a Japanese manufacturing company in Pangasinan. The role focuses on developing production plans and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Candidates should have an Engineering degree and experience in a supervisory role, ideally in the wiring harness industry.

The salary can reach up to PHP 27,000 plus a complete benefits package including SSS, Pag-ibig, PhilHealth, and more.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing industry.
• Experience in the wiring harness industry is an advantage.
• Willing to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans and strategies to meet objectives.
• Monitor production processes.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure production goals are met.
• Implement safety protocols and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Ensure that production runs efficiently and safely.
• Monitor production control of costs.
• Supervise a team of production engineers.
• Analyze budgets, schedules, and production requirements.
