Job summary

A technology solutions provider in Baguio is looking for a dedicated individual to manage IN/OUT inventory transactions for load boards. A two-year certificate in electronics is preferred, and junior/senior high school graduates are welcome to apply. Flexibility and the ability to work independently are essential. This role includes inventory management and preparation of materials for production.

Qualifications

• Two-year certificate in an electronics-related course or equivalent.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
• Competent to perform duties with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Receive and perform IN/OUT transactions in the load board database.
• Prepare and release load boards as per requests.
• Conduct monthly inventory of load boards and items.

Job description

1. Receives and performs IN/OUT transaction in database of load boards/ for contactors/BI Socketsendorsed to central shop
2. Prepares/issues and releases loadboards as per request of the end users.
3. Place loadboards boards in identified staging area
4. Prepares contactor/BI socket needed for production use (planned conversions, pull-outs, engineering use for set-up isolation
5. Perform cleaning of contactor pins
6. Claim Items at Receiving and from Stock room 5.2.1 Ensure to account received items physically
7. Prepares requested items based on FIFO and criticality
8. Transacts in database For all IN/OUT items and ensures buy-off with requestor
9. Perform BI & C-shop peripherals issuance delivery
10. Perform monthly/ quarterly loadboard/ contactors/BI socket and spares inventory or as required

• Two-year certificate from a college or technical school, preferably in an electronics-related course; college undergraduate; 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Senior High School graduates, with or without experience, are welcome to apply for this position.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
