Job Description

• Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute improvement initiatives effectively.
• Monitor progress and measure the success of implemented changes using key performance indicators.
• Provide training and support to staff on process improvement methodologies and tools.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements during project execution.
• Document processes and maintain detailed records of improvement activities.
• Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Continuous Improvement Manager should have:

• A degree in engineering or a related technical field
• At least 8 years of experience, including 3 years in a CI or Lean leadership role
• Strong experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or logistics environments
• Proven track record in Lean transformation and value stream improvement
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to think strategically while executing hands-on initiatives
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is an advantage
