Job summary

QIMA is hiring a Manufacturing Audit Specialist in Cebu City. You will ensure quality of audit reports delivered to clients, support the audit team for timely report delivery, and train auditors to maintain report consistency.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Audit Manager, you will review reports, communicate issues to the certification team, and assist in KPI preparation. The role involves coordinating with management on corrective actions, tracking progress, and handling additional tasks as

• Knowledge of ISO 9001.
• Strong command of English (spoken, written, reading).
• MS Office Suite proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Review Manufacturing Audit Reports to ensure client requirements are met.
• Communicate report issues and recommendations to the certification team.
• Follow up on necessary corrective actions.
• Provide clarifications to leaders and managers.
• Update tracking documents.
• Prepare training material for auditors.
• Prepare KPI materials for customer meetings.
• Perform other tasks as directed by management.

Job Description

As a Manufacturing Audit Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring quality of reports delivered to our customers driving customer satisfaction and business growth.

You will be in contact with Manufacturing Audit Manager where clarification or update of protocol are required. You will also support the audit team in achieving timely delivery of reports.

You will be responsible for training of auditors to ensure the consistency of reports submitted in terms of quality.

You will be directly reporting to the Manufacturing Audit Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

1. 1. Review Manufacturing Audit Reports to evaluate if they meet our clients' requirements.
2. 2. Communicate any report issues and recommendations to our certification team.
3. 3. Follow-up on necessary corrective action
4. 4. Provide clarifications to leader and manager.
5. 5. Update of tracking documents.
6. 6. Preparation of training material for auditors.
7. 7. Participation and preparation of KPI for customer’s meeting where required.
8. 8. Other tasks arranged by the management team.

Qualifications

In order to succeed in this role, you should have:

• Knowledge or certified ISO 9001.
• Strong command of English (spoken, written, reading).
• Know your way around the MS Office Suite

Education & Experience:

• Degree from an accredited university in manufacturing field.
