Job summary

Zenith Foods Corporation, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Jollibee Foods Corporation, seeks a Manufacturing Assistant Manager to plan, organize, lead and control production operations in Canlubang, Laguna.

The role requires forecasting volumes, scheduling production, ensuring quality and safety, driving process improvements and reporting accuracy, plus collaborating with other units to maintain smooth production flows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics)
• At least 1 year of work experience in a food manufacturing plant
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience
• Knowledge or experience in food processing technology
• Experience in handling production seminars, training, and orientation programs
• Willing to work in Canlubang, Laguna

• Ensures area contributes to quality and safety standards for finished products and workplace

The Manufacturing Assistant Manageris responsiblefor effectively and efficiently planning, organizing, leading, and controlling production operations in his or her assigned production area to meet product volume, quality, timeliness, good manufacturing practices, sanitation, and hygiene.

• Plans and schedules production operations based on volume forecasts and actual requirements.
• Directs and controls the activities in his area to assure the smooth flow of production operations.
• Ensures that the assigned area contributes to the consistent attainment of quality and safety standards for finishedproducts and in the workplace.
• Initiates process improvements, equipment upgrades, and other opportunities for innovation.
• Verifies accurate and timely production reports and other reports that may be so required by management
• Collaborates with other operating units on behalf of the section.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• A graduate of Bachelors Degreein Engineering preferably Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• With at least one (1) year of work experience in a food manufacturing plant, preferably involved in similar production lines
• With at least three (3) years of supervisory experience.
• Must have basic knowledge or experience in food processing technology
• Must have experience in handling production seminars, training, and similar orientation programs.
• Must be willing to work inCanlubang, Laguna.
