Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 3 years of Customer Service experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing.
• Experience in domestic and international trade.
• Proficient with MS Office tools and SAP; familiarity with VLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Handle domestic, export, and consignment orders with SOX compliance and end-to-end follow-up.
• Enter Late Order Reports (LOR) and provide timely updates with corrective actions.
• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate escalations with internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery.
• Oversee logistics with 4PL/3PL forwarders and support process improvements.
