International Flavors & Fragrances (Phil)., Inc. in Manila, Philippines (onsite) is seeking a Customer Service / Supply Chain specialist to support domestic and international orders and ensure accurate documentation.

You will handle end-to-end order processing, resolve issues promptly, coordinate with 4PL and 3PL forwarders, and contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining SOX compliance and audit-ready records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 3 years of Customer Service experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing.
• Experience in domestic and international trade.
• Proficient in MS Office tools, SAP, and VLOOKUP.
• Effective communication across all levels of the organization.
• Highly collaborative and team player.
• Cross cultural awareness.

Responsabilités

• Handle domestic, export, and consignment orders in compliance with SOX policies, including entry, confirmation, invoicing, and end-to-end follow-up until delivery.
• Ensure timely and accurate LOR entry for delayed orders with updates and corrective actions.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and coordinate complaints/escalations with internal stakeholders.
• Build strong partnerships with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee logistics processes with 4PL and 3PL forwarders to guarantee timely shipments.
• Support implementation of work processes and best practices in order management.
• Handle credit/debit disputes, returns, and approvals while maintaining accurate records.
