Job summary

Aurecon Group in Manila is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own a portfolio of road design projects from award through IFC, delivered for SRAPC in Sydney. The role covers tactical maintenance packages and larger upgrades, with a team that collaborates across disciplines to meet client objectives.

You will lead scope, schedule, and budget, maintain risk oversight, and coordinate proposals while ensuring Quality and commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Civil engineering background with delivery-focused attitude.
• 9+ years’ experience managing civil or transport design projects.
• Experience in forecasting, payment claims and variations.
• Direct client management including progress meetings.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own each project from award to IFC, including scope, program, and budget.
• Provide technical oversight and explain designs to clients.
• Lead client meetings and present design outcomes.
• Maintain program accuracy and flag risks early.
• Ensure Quality Management Plan is followed on deliverables.
• Forecast payments, monitor variations and commercial performance.
