PH Global Jet Express Inc. (J&T Express) invites applications for a Management Trainee - Mandarin Speaker in Pasig.

This full-time, on-site role supports daily operations by coordinating with local teams and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, and by translating communications in Mandarin and English. You will gather and analyze operational data, prepare reports, and participate in process-improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong communication in Mandarin and English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Accurate translation and interpretation of business documents and conversations.
• Basic understanding of logistics, operations, or supply chain, or willingness to learn.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with good organizational and time management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Logistics, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Willingness to work on-site in Pasig and participate in rotational training across departments.
• Previous internship or work experience in logistics or operations advantageous.
