J-K Netwok Services in the Philippines is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Growth Associate to join a multinational consulting team. Based in Pasay, the role offers dayshift hours (9am-6pm, Mon-Fri) and a work-from-home arrangement with a competitive PHP 115,000 monthly salary.

Qualifications

• MBA and a Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, project management, or related field.
• 5 years of PM experience in CPG or FMCG environment.
• 5 years of product innovation and marketing experience.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
• Strong MSO skills with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end product and packaging innovation projects from concept to approval.
• Coordinate project meetings (kick-offs, updates, retrospectives) and ensure stakeholders are informed.
• Maintain complete and accurate project documentation and supporting materials.
• Build relationships and promote continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.
• Influence strategy to drive cross-functional execution.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication and organizational abilities.
• Perform well under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
• Communicate effectively with international teams.
