Global Payments is seeking an Assistant Accountant (Mandarin Speaking) to join our Accounting team and help shape the future of global commerce. You will process high-volume accounts payable for China and Taiwan entities, review invoices in Ariba and Oracle, identify exceptions, and support month-end close activities.

The ideal candidate speaks Mandarin and English, holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, and has at least two years in accounts payable or general accounting.

Qualifications

• Mandarin - read, write, and communicate.
• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from a reputable college/university.
• Minimum 2 years in accounts payable, general accounting, or audit.

Responsibilities

• Process and review high-volume accounts payable for China and Taiwan entities.
• Review, analyze, and enter invoices, accruals, and expenses in Ariba and Oracle; identify exceptions.
• Support month-end close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and reports.
• Audit employee expense reports and enforce travel and expense policies, ensuring timely reimbursements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain audit-ready documentation.
